SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx to addresses within the continental United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Delivery Timeframes Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination.
Oversized Items Certain items, such as fishing rods or other large gear, may be subject to an oversized item shipping charge due to their size and special handling requirements. These charges will be displayed at checkout. Oversized items do not qualify for free shipping promotions.
Local Pickup Local pickup is available at our Eugene, Oregon location (444 West 3rd Ave, Eugene, OR 97401). Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready for collection during our business hours.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
