Deposit and cancellation policy

50% deposit is due upon booking a trip and full payment is due 7 days prior to the date of the float. A cancellation 14 days prior to the float will be refunded the deposit minus 6% handling charge. A cancellation within 14 days of the float the deposit will be retained. Failure to pay the balance of the float 7 days prior will be considered a no-show, canceled trip, and deposit retained. A cancellation within 48 hours of the float, or a no-show will result in the entire balance being retained.

Multi boat trips. A 50% deposit is due upon booking a trip and full payment is due 14 days prior to the date of the float. A cancellation 30 days prior to the float will be refunded the deposit minus 6% handling charge. A cancellation within 30 days of the float the deposit will be retained. Failure to pay balance of the float 14 days prior will be considered a no-show, canceled trip, and deposit retained. A cancellation 48 of the float, or a no-show will result in the entire balance being retained.

It is the guides discretion to determine if river conditions warrant a cancellation. If the guide cancels the trip, a full refund will be issued.
